Accommodating from 25 to 250 guests, the Outdoor Living Room is ideal for a small intimate gathering or a large and festive private event and everything in between.
The Outdoor Living Room may require both guestroom reservations and a bar minimum. Catering, including specialty drinks, food, custom table and chair rentals as well as taxes and gratuity are additional.
$750-1500, Monday through Thursday Event includes:
$750: Exclusive use of Outdoor Living Room courtyard for four hours
Please note there is a minimum beverage spend
$1500: Exclusive use of Outdoor Living Room courtyard for four hours and complimentary use of 7 first floor luxury guestrooms overnight
$3000, Friday or Sunday Event includes:

Sales tax is additional and is charged to site fee, drinks and any additional taxable items. Depending upon event requirements, a set up fee may be charged. Please speak with the event manager for pricing.

Set up time: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Event time: 11:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Clean up time: 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
*Event may be extended until 12:00 a.m. when all 28 rooms are rented the evening of the event.
