Reservation Procedures
Please contact Casa 425 directly for reservations at info@casa425.com or call 1-866-450-0425. You must guarantee your room with a credit card. All rates are subject to change without notice. All special offers are subject to availability and requests must be mentioned when making reservations. We are unable to accept checks as payment for your stay.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged for one night's stay. Special cancellation policies may apply to group bookings and during peak seasons and promotions.  

Check-in
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is before 12:00 noon.

Children
We welcome children and can help you select the best room for your family. We ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.

Additional Guests
Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $20 charge per day for each additional guest over age five. Casa 425 is non-smoking and does not allow pets. If smoking or pets rules are violated a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
